How Pro 1 Painters collects, uses, and protects your information.

What we collect
When you submit a contact, schedule, quote, or visualizer form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project address, city, preferred scheduling details, and project notes. If you use the AI Color Visualizer, we also process the photo and paint colors you submit to create the requested preview.
The site also receives technical and usage information, including pages visited, referral and campaign information, browser and device details, IP address, and approximate location derived from network headers. When you tap a telephone link, our call-attribution ledger records the business number tapped, page, time, device, referral information, IP address, and approximate location. The website cannot read your telephone number from the dialer.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond, schedule estimates, prepare for a project, send requested visualizer results, prevent abuse, and measure whether the website is helping customers reach Pro 1 Painters. We do not sell personal information or share it with unrelated third parties for their own advertising.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the site: Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Google Analytics for usage measurement, Supabase for private lead and visualizer-file storage, Resend and our business inboxes for email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. The AI Color Visualizer sends the submitted photo and prompt to OpenAI to create the preview. These providers process information for the services they provide to us and under their own terms and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored in our private lead database and may also be delivered to business email inboxes. We keep lead records for business follow-up and recordkeeping until they are no longer needed or a valid deletion request is completed. Visualizer uploads and generated previews are stored in a private bucket and scheduled for deletion after 30 days; links to those files expire after 30 days. Operational logs and provider records may follow the provider's own retention period.
Cookies
Google Analytics may set measurement cookies. We also set a first-partycds_attr cookie for up to 180 days to preserve first-touch referral and campaign information for call attribution. Session storage prevents duplicate call beacons in the same browser tab. You can block or remove cookies in your browser; analytics and attribution may be less complete, but core site content remains available.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted to us. Email office@pro1painters.com with enough detail for us to identify the record. We may retain information when required for legal, security, or legitimate recordkeeping reasons.
Security
We use access controls, private server credentials, encrypted connections, bot protection, and security headers to reduce risk. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for a painting estimate.
