Service warranties vs site terms
The 3-year workmanship warranty referenced on the site applies to residential work; commercial work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. The scope, exclusions, and other project terms in your written estimate or contract control. These website terms do not replace a signed project agreement.
Estimates, prices, and site information
Website ranges and calculators are planning tools, not bids or contracts. A written estimate based on the actual project provides the price and scope. Blog articles and general guidance are educational and may not fit every substrate, building, or job.
AI Color Visualizer
Visualizer images are approximate. Screens, lighting, sheen, surrounding finishes, and AI rendering can change how a color appears. Confirm paint with a real sample before work begins. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have permission to use it for the requested preview and agree to the processing described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with site operation, or use site content in a way that violates another person's rights. Pro 1 Painters may restrict abusive requests.
Site content
The Pro 1 Painters name, site design, original text, photographs, and graphics are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may use the site for personal evaluation of Pro 1's services, but not republish or sell site materials without permission.
Governing law
Use of this site is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes will be resolved in Mobile County, Alabama.
