Offices, retail, medical, hospitality, multi-tenant: each one has an operating window we paint inside of, an inspector who has rules, and a floor that has to stay safe while a crew is on a lift above it. We've kept Urgent Care by the Bay open through their interior repaint, kept retail floors trading through storefront work along Government Boulevard, and worked nights at Wind Creek Casino. The painters and the schedule both flex; the safety plan doesn't.
